Gardens are not made by sitting in the shade, so
wrote Rudyard Kipling. Yes how true! there is
surely, no substitute to hard work.
Learning has acquired new dimensions holistic
education has to be founded on the four pillars of
learning i.e. learning to know, learning to do,
learning to live together and learning to be!
An investment in knowledge pays the best interest,
hence it is said that the task of an educator is not
to cut down jungles but to irrigate the deserts. We
should impart education to the child with base or
distinction, they are like flowers. Every child is
an artist, the education activity in the field of
knowledge with the latent talents of students really
proved to be a miracle. Their ability creativity
when combined with the spirit of competitions
produced marvelous results which keeps the viewers
surprised and wonder about the potentials of the
children. We should deal with them with sense of
dignity. The essence of discipline should be the
watch word and should be administered in the letter
and spiritual due to the above parameters, teaching
is regarded as a noble profession and we have to do
complete justice with this. I am fortunate to have a
bundle of treasure of educational skills, which I
have inherited from my principal teachers who taught
to me in my school days. I also treasure the
techniques of working principles which I learnt from
my predecessors and of course from my colleagues and
as it is said you are learning while you are
teaching. I am rather learning many things from the
students also. Under the able and capable guidance
of our learned and humble respected chairman sir
Shri. Rajkumar Kawadiya, Secretary sir Shri. Manoj
Kawadiya, other management members, I took up the
veins of Jain International School. I am sure we
will continue the tradition of provide development
and transformative education to our students.
In the words of HELLEN KELLER
